Orders
Once you've checked out, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
If you notice any errors with your shipping address and need to make a change, please contact our customer service team to assist. Should you notice any errors with your order items, customer service will assist in arranging an exchange upon delivery.

For delivery within South Africa, you can expect your order within 5 to 10 business days for Black Friday and Festive orders.
For delivery outside of South Africa (international orders), you can expect your order within 10 to 15 business days.
You will be emailed every step of the way, with shipping and tracking updates along the way.

We offer in-store pickup from our GALXBOY Co.Space store (Willow Park Manor, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa) for items that are in stock at the store.
We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Pickups are generally ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days.

Returns

Please note: No Returns or Exchanges for items bought on sale.
You can return your online order at any GXB store or you can request an online return for a fee.
You can return your in-store purchase at any GXB store or you can request an online return for a fee.
For a refund, you have 14 days to return your online order or in-store purchase.
For an exchange, you have 30 days to return your online order or in-store purchase.
You can return your online order or in-store purchase at any physical GXB store or you can request an online return for a fee.
Be sure to take along or send us a digital or physical copy of your order confirmation along with the item/s you want to exchange in their original packaging.

You can return your online order or in-store purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund.
A refund will only be processed if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Unwashed
- Returned in original packaging
- Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za or in-store at one of our physical GXB stores.
Please allow 5 to 12 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.

Yes, you can exchange your online order or in-store purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.
An exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

- Unwashed
- Returned in original packaging
- Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za or in-store at one of our physical GXB stores.

For a refund, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.
For an exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an online order.
For the fastest return experience, it would be best to return your online order or in-store purchase, at one of our GXB stores.
For an online refund request, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection and delivery to us. Thereafter, please allow 36 hours for us to initiate your refund and a further 10 to 14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.
For refunds on purchases that you have paid for using a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card within 36 hours of receiving your return. The Gift Card Refund should reflect immediately.
For an online exchange, please allow 3 to 7 business days for collection from you and delivery to GXB. Thereafter, it will take an additional 3 to 7 business days to receive your exchange item.

For a free refund or exchange, you can visit anyone of our GXB stores.
The cost for an online exchange is R260, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse as well as the delivery of the new exchange item to your door.
The cost for an refund is R130, anywhere in South Africa. This fee covers the collection from the delivery point and transfer to our warehouse. The collection fee of R130 will be deducted from the refund total, therefore there is no additional payment necessary from the customer's side.
