How to Log a Return Request with GALXBOY

We’ve made returns simple and hassle-free! If you’d like to return an item, follow the steps below to submit a return or exchange through our ReturnGo portal:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Visit Our Returns Portal

    Click the link below to start your return:

  2. Enter Your Order DetailsEnter your order number (e.g., GXB12345)Provide the email address or phone number used when placing your order.
  3. Select the Item(s) to ReturnChoose the product(s) you wish to return.Select the appropriate reason for return.
  4. Choose Your Return MethodAvailable options may include courier collection, drop-off at a kiosk, or in-store return (where applicable).Follow the on-screen instructions for your selected method.
  5. Submit Your RequestReview all the information.Click “Submit Return Request.”
  6. Check for ConfirmationYou’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with return instructions and next steps.

📌 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: Must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
  • Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or marked-down sale items may not be eligible for return.
