RETURNS
Yes! You can return items either:
- Online: via our Return Portal
- In-store: at any official GALXBOY store
Please note: No Returns or Exchanges for items bought on sale.
- Refunds: Within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges: Within 30 days of purchase or delivery
You can return your item:

Be sure to take along or send us a digital or physical copy of your order confirmation along with the item/s you want to exchange in their original packaging.

Yes, provided the item is:
- Unworn, undamaged, unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Purchased from an official GALXBOY store or website
Use the Return Portal to initiate your refund.
Yes, you can exchange your online order or in-store purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.
An exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Unwashed
- Returned in original packaging
- Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za or in-store at one of our physical GXB stores.
You can exchange your GXB items that you purchased online at GALXBOY Returns or in-store.

- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return
- Gift Card refunds: Refunded to the same card within 24 hours no cash refund
- Exchanges: Processed within 5–7 business days
The following items cannot be returned:
- Socks and underwear
- Pierced Jewellery
- Swimwear
For the fastest return experience, it would be best to return your online order or in-store purchase, at one of our GXB stores.
Yes, a R120 courier fee applies to all online returns and exchanges.

How to Log a Return Request with GALXBOY
We’ve made returns simple and hassle-free! If you’d like to return an item, follow the steps below to submit a return or exchange through our ReturnGo portal:

Click the link below to start your return:
ReturnGo Portal (Insert actual link) - Enter Your Order DetailsEnter your order number (e.g., GXB12345)Provide the email address or phone number used when placing your order.
- Select the Item(s) to ReturnChoose the product(s) you wish to return.Select the appropriate reason for return.
- Choose Your Return MethodAvailable options may include courier collection, drop-off at a kiosk, or in-store return (where applicable).Follow the on-screen instructions for your selected method.
- Submit Your RequestReview all the information.Click “Submit Return Request.”
- Check for ConfirmationYou’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with return instructions and next steps.
📌 Return & Exchange Policy
- Refunds: Must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges: Can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
- Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or marked-down sale items may not be eligible for return.
