Whenever you checkout using your email address, a customer account is automatically created and linked to your checkout email address. You are then automatically entered into GALXBOY's MEMBERS ONLY loyalty program.

By logging into your GALXBOY customer account here, you will be able to navigate to your MEMBERS ONLY dashboard where you'll be able to see what rewards you've unlocked, your current customer lifetime spend and how far you have before progressing to the next tier.

We will keep track of your lifetime spend and automatically rank you into the relevant tier using the email address you use whenever you checkout online or in-store.

Your tier discount will appear on the checkout page or at checkout on the till automatically AFTER inputting your email address that is linked to you customer account.
You will need to ask our Customer Service Team or a Sales Assistant to consolidate all of your GALXBOY customer accounts into one. This way, your entire customer lifetime spend related to each email address will be added together to rank you into the correct tier. You'll then use one email address when checking out in future.
GALXBOY will do that for you automatically using the email address that you use whenever you checkout. You can also log into your customer account and navigate to your dashboard here.
No. We calculate your customer lifetime spend by adding together both your online and in-store. As long as you use the same email address when checking out, we'll know how much you've spent with us so far.
Yes. You can only purchase one unit of each discounted product.
Normally no, unless you have been refunded for a purchase that pushed you into a higher tier.
Just like any other refund, should you purchase a select product at a MEMBERS ONLY discount, you will be refunded the discounted amount you paid for the product at the time of purchase, NOT the current RSP.
Should a refund drop your customer lifetime spend below your current tier threshold, you will be automatically downgraded to the relevant tier.
