Log a Return

For in-store returns

Simply head to your nearest GALXBOY store to return or exchange your order for free. 

For online returns

Click the profile icon in the GALXBOY Menu, or this link, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 

Log in to your account:

1. Log into your account and in the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. You'll receive an email with a 6 digit code to login to your customer account. 

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. We'll receive your return request and action it accordingly. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned we'll be in touch to chat about your refund or exchange. Please note that we do charge a R260 return/exchange fee for all online returns or exchanges.
