RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it meets all the conditions below:

1. Unworn
2. Undamaged
3. Unwashed
4. Original price tags attached
5. Purchased at an official GALXBOY store or on www.galxboy.co.za
6. No exchanges on Jewellery items
7. Sale or promotional items may be exchanged within 14 days, but not refunded

Refund Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, the item must be in original condition and meet the following requirements:

1. Unworn
2. Undamaged
3. Unwashed
4. Original price tags attached
5. Purchased at an official GALXBOY store or on www.galxboy.co.za
6. No refunds on jewellery or sale/promotional items

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to present the exact same bank card used for the
purchase, matching the last 4 digits. Refunds cannot be processed to a different card or
payment method.

Defective or Faulty Items

At GALXBOY, we aim to ensure all products are of the highest quality. A “defect” refers to a
material flaw in manufacturing. The following will not be considered defects:
1. Damage from normal wear and tear
2. Damage due to negligence, misuse, or incorrect use
Upon return, defective items will be assessed. If found defective, we will replace the item. If
the item is no longer available; we will offer an alternative of equal value or issue a GALXBOY gift card for the amount paid.

Warranty & Exclusions

We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing
defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
2. Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
3. Normal wear and tear
4. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
5. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
