MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
To carry out and coordinate any administrative, day-to-day HR tasks and processes that are aligned with business requirements, following company policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and providing the desired service levels to effectively support the HR department.
GRADUATE PROGRAMME OUTLINE
Recruitment
• Scheduling of interviews
• Conducting employment checks for successful candidates, such as criminal checks and reference checks.
• Post, amend and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks.
Onboarding
• Make bookings for Houss gate biometrics before new staff start date
• Ensure new warehouse staff has overalls and gloves
• Send and receive onboarding documents to and from new recruits
Reporting
• Capture ER and IR occurrences on the ER and IR report
• Capture SDF occurrences in the SDF report
• Undertaking monthly review of employee files to ensure all files are up to date and include the relevant documents per the onboarding checklists.
HR Admin
• Compile and save relevant training data and documents in the respective employee file
• Ensure that all PandaDoc documents are signed in a timely manner
• Assist with various HR projects
• Compile the monthly birthday lists
• Administer the people mailbox and capture received cv’s for screening/shortlisting.
SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• HR Qualification is compulsory
• MS Office and technology skills
• Recent graduate within the last 12-24 months.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Organisational and administrative skills
