NATIONWIDE - WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Please allow 3-7 business days for order delivery.

Free delivery for orders over R999, R130 for orders under R999.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

You will then receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers (The Courier Guy, RAM etc).

Returns for online orders can be done via courier or in-store. See returns policy.

INTERNATIONAL - OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA

Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days for international deliveries, countries outside of South Africa.

International delivery costs range depending on your location.

Custom duties and tax charges will be at your own expense. These amounts will differ depending on your country and its set tariffs.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, FedEx or UPS.

Returns or exchanges are NOT eligible for international orders. See returns policy.

TAKE NOTE

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you.
