Where can I buy GALXBOY products?

WARNING NOTICE

GALXBOY (PTY) LTD has learned that there are entities falsely claiming to have access to

GALXBOY supplier / merchandise and have made false statements of stock availability and

as a result profited from funds received under these false claims.

Please note that these counterfeit products fall short of GALXBOY quality standards.

Be advised that GALXBOY is not responsible for any malfunction or damages that may occur

as a result of the use or purchase of counterfeit products and that products purchased

outside of GALXBOY authorized sales channels are not warranted by GALXBOY or supported

in any way. Only customers who produce a valid GALXBOY Order number or receipt will be

assisted with order queries.

GALXBOY Refund & Exchange Policy

Purchasers should be aware that GALXBOY cannot implement measures such as

investigations into the authenticity of products purchased from sources other than our

authorized sales channels.

We therefore urge that, in order to avoid purchasing counterfeit products, customers only

purchase GALXBOY products directly from GALXBOY using the below sales channels:

I need to change my order. How can I do that?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or amend your order. Our standard Exchange/Return process will need to be followed and you may be liable for additional charges. If you would like to add an an additional item, you can go ahead and place another order with us.

The item I am looking for is sold out. What do I do?

Go to www.galxboy.co.za, click on the item you’re looking for, look out for a “notify me when available” pop up on the right hand side of the screen.

How can I pay for my order?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

5 - 7 business days.

How do I know my order is on its way?

Deliveries take up to 7 days from date of purchase. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is on the way once it has been processed.

When can I return an item after purchase?

Within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund will only be processed if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

Unworn
Undamaged
Unwashed
Returned in original packaging
Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za or instore at Menlyn Shopping Centre or Co.Space Entrepreneur Village.

Please allow 5-12 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.

Can I exchange an item I’m not happy with?

Yes, you can exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

Unworn
Undamaged
Unwashed
Returned in original packaging

Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za or instore at Menlyn Shopping Centre or Co.Space Entrepreneur Village.

Does it cost me to do an exchange?

Yes, the cost for an exchange or refund is R260 anywhere in the country. This fee is charged for the collection from delivery point and transfer to our warehouse.

Or you can return your item at any GALXBOY store free of charge.

What if I receive an item that has a fault or is damaged?

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased.
