Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

• Door-to-door delivery: R100.
• Free delivery on orders over R1,000.
• Tracking updates are sent by email, WhatsApp or SMS.

Delays may occur during sales, weekends and public holidays. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Please provide a valid street address; we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days. Please wait for your ready-for-collection email before visiting the store.

Returns & Exchanges

For eligible local online purchases, request a refund within 14 days or an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original price tags attached.
• The current policy excludes refunds and exchanges on sale items. Please check the full policy for eligibility and exclusions.
• Online returns or exchanges carry a R120 return/exchange fee.
• You can take eligible online purchases to a GALXBOY store for a free return or exchange, subject to the policy.

How to request a return

Sign in to your customer account using your email address and verification code. Select your order, choose the items and return reason, then submit your request. If approved, follow the instructions sent by email.
