STANDARD SHIPPING
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order delivery, nationwide (within South Africa).
Door-to-door delivery is R90 or Free for orders over R900.
You will receive tracking updates via email or WA or SMS with courier updates, so that you can track your order every step of the way.
LOCKER DELIVERY
The relevant Locker locations will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
You'll have 48 hours [2 days] to collect your order from your chosen locker location.
You'll be notified once your order is ready to be collected from the designated locker and a unique pin will be sent to you.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery to locker.
Expiry countdown reminders will be sent @ 18 hours, 5 hours and 2 hours.
Locker costs vary between R69 and R100, based on size.
IN-STORE PICKUP
We offer in-store pickup from our GALXBOY Co.Space store (Willow Park Manor, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa). The pickup option will automatically be available to you if the store has stock of the product you are viewing.
We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Pickups are generally ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days.
