1. When does Black Friday start at GALXBOY?

Our Black Friday sale kicks off at 00:00 on Friday and runs for a limited time only. Once items sell out, they’re gone — no restocks during the sale.

2. Will items be restocked during the sale?

No. Black Friday stock is limited and will not be restocked. Shop early to secure your favourites.

3. Are Black Friday items returnable?

 No cash refunds/Exchanges on Black Friday deals unless an item is defective.

4. Can I exchange sizes during Black Friday?

 Because items sell out fast, exchanges are not allowed. Make sure you confirm your order before checking out.

5. How long will delivery take?

Due to high order volumes, delivery may take 5–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Can I use discount codes during Black Friday?

No. All discount codes, vouchers, or influencer codes are disabled during the Black Friday period.

7. What if the item I want sells out in my cart?

Items are only secured once checkout is complete. Adding something to your cart does not reserve it.

8. What if my order is wrong or defective?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact our support team within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out ASAP.

9. Can I change the delivery information after placing my order?
