The lady was so rude when I asked about pricing. I asked how do I know the cost of the T shirt and she says you have to ask. I asked why do I have to ask and she said because we want it to be that way and she walked away. I don’t have a problem asking how much it is but I would appreciate someone coming to greet me and offer help. I felt like I was bothering them and felt so unwelcome. I hated my time in-the shop. My little brother had asked me to buy the T-shirt and I had to sleep over in JHB so that I could wake up in-the morning and go to Rosebank from the airport hotel, drive back to the airport and fly to ESwatini 🇸🇿.
It’s so disheartening that after so much effort to reach a proudly South African brand I am treated with disgusting 🤮 attitude.
Merchandise is world class and the owner is over the moon. As someone who spent their money there I have a bad taste left in my mouth.
